Introduction

This is a trip designed for anyone who is interested in Chinese culture, scenery, history or you are just into the background of Tai Chi. It is jamm packed Qigong training, Breathtaking sightseeings, Cultural visits and spiritual pilgrimmage and more!!

As well as visiting China's Capital Beijing, Where socialism is fusing harmoniously with Capitalism, History and culture merge gracefully with mordern living, we will also be visiting the famous Wudang Mountain, one of the "world' heritage" sites, the legendary home of Tai Chi to enjoy it's breathtaking landdscapes, marvellous architectures and famous Chinese religion, namely Taoism and be inspired by this peaceful and soul lifting art and nature mankind have produced in Harmony.

We will then travel to see the famous cities Shanghai, the New pearl of the orient to experience the amazing development of China and witness the amalgamation of tradition and modern living, the eastern culture meets the west's. We will be visit traditinal canal village, temples and more, so not just the new but also the culture and history in Shanghai too.

Finally, we will end up in the shopping heaven of the East - Hong Kong, to search the shadow of British colonialism and of course the cosmoplitan living only found in very few cities in the world.


Day 1: Depart for Beijing
Day 2: Arrive in Beijing, transfer to hotel and rest for the day
Day 3: Visit Tianmen Square (the biggest city square in the world) and Forbidden City (magnificent palace for with a thousand years of history). Watch the Acrobatic show in the evening.
 
Day 4: Visit the Great Wall of China, The new seven wonders of the world and admire this thousand year old architecture and Ming Tombs
Day 5: Morning Tai Chi Qi Gong Practice (2 hours), visit the Temple of Heaven, Shopping in the afternoon.
 

Day 6:

Morning Tai Chi Qi Gong Practice (2 hours), visit the Summer Palace, the royal garden for Emperors of last few hundred years. Afternoon train to Wudang Mountain The legendary birthplace of Tai Chi.

Day 7:

Arrive at Wudang Mountain in the afternoon and visit the purple heaven palace temple. Check into hotel on the mountain and after a short rest visit the breath-taking south cliff.
 
Day 8: Morning Qi Gong Training with Wudang Taoist monks, check out of hotel and visit one of the highest temples in China the "Golden Summit" Temple, where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of this sacred mountain. Travel to Xiang Fan and catch afternoon flight to Shanghai.
 
Day 9: Visit the world famous “Bund” and the “Pearl of the Orient” tower to see the panoramic view of Shanghai. Night cruise along the Wang Pu river to enjoy beautiful Shanghai at night.
 
Day 10: Free activity, Shopping at your leisure at world famous Nanjing road shopping street or optional sightseeing activity.
 
Day 11: Visit traditional Chinese gardens and Reproduction of an ancient Chinese street for shopping.
 
Day 12 Morning flight for the cosmopolitan city of Hong Kong, the pearl of the orient. Hong Kong a unique city where east meets west. Visit Stanley Market and go up to the famous "Peak" and see the beautiful view of Hong Kong at night.
 
Day 13 visit one of Hong Kong famous Taoist temple "Huang Da Xian" where prilgrims from all over the world pay their respects and pray for Luck and health. visit Bar district of Hong Kong and enjoy the exciting night life Hong Kong offers.
 
Day 14: Free for the day to explore Hong Kong at your leisure (Lunch and dinner not included).
 
Day 15: Departure for Heathrow. (Arrival in Heathrow may be a day later if flying with Emirates, and / or via Beijing).

  • All accommodations (3/4 star hotels) two people sharing
  • All transports (flights, coaches and train) in China
  • All meals (breakfasts, lunches and some dinners) except the day of leisures and free activity, members need to sort out their own luch and dinner.

  • Single Room supplement (hotels) - £210 (15 Days) (we'll try to match two single persons into one room, however, if it can't be done for any reasons, the single supplement will apply)
  • Gratuities for coach drivers and tour guide (we recommend £2 per group member per day)
  • Gratituity for the guide and driver in Hong kong is compulsory and it will be £15.00 per group member.

Anyone who wish to get his/her own flight are welcome to do so, however, there may be extra costs for collection from and to the airport in China and any extra costs incurred please contact us for detail.
