Depart for Shanghai |
| Day 2: |
Arrive in Shanghai in the afternoon and rest for the day. |
| Day 3: |
Visit the “Canal Village” and traditional Chinese Garden. |
Day 4: |
Morning flight to Beijing, Visit Summer Palace in the afternoon. |
Day 5: |
Morning Tai Chi Practice (2 hours) in the Temple of Heaven, afternoon visit to the Tianmen Square and Forbidden City. |

Visit the Great Wall / Opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympics (for people who have purchased tickets only, and you will need to make your way to and from the stadium). |

| Day 7: |
Morning Tai Chi Training (2.5 hours), The day is free for you to explore or see the Olympics if you have purchased tickets. Click here for detail.
Night Sleeper train (9.24pm) to Xian . |

| Day 8: |
Arrive at Xian in the morning (8.25am), visit the City Wall, one of the oldest city wall in china with over 500 years of history. |

| Day 9: |
Visit the Two Thousand Years old Terra Cotta Warriors, Famous Dumpling Dinner and Tang Dynasty Dance. |

| Day 10: |
Flight to Shanghai, Visit the Bund, Pearl of the Orient Tower, and night Cruise on Wang Pu River to enjoy the view of Shanghai at night. Or flight to Chong Qing and carry on Yantse Cruise (Option 2 add on). |

Depart for the UK |

| Day 10-13: |
Fly to Chong Qing for embarkation of a four days Yangtse Cruise with opportunities to practise more Tai Chi. Arriving at YiChang, then coach to Wuhan for flight to Shanghai. |

| Day 14: |
Visit the world famous “Bund”, reproduction of an ancient Chinese street for shopping, the “Pearl of the Orient” tower to see the panoramic view of Shanghai. Night cruise along the Wang Pu river to enjoy beautiful Shanghai at night. |

| Day 15: |
Morning free, Lunch time Departure for Heathrow. |
